First Officer - Lear XR60 and Challenger 604

Location: Saudi Arabia

Role Overview

Draken is seeking highly skilled First Officers to join our Lear XR60 and Challenger 604 fleets in support of our contract with the Royal Saudi Air Force. Based permanently in Saudi Arabia, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to airborne operations and mission support as our capabilities evolve toward cutting-edge electronic warfare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
  • Support the Commander in all flight operations tasks as per company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate and execute specialized flight profiles, including formation operations.
  • Collaborate with crew members to fulfill mission objectives while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring the delivery of excellence.
  • Execute decisive actions during emergency situations as required.
  • Maintain compliance with UK CAA Part-CAT operational standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • UK CAA (f)ATPL(A) or ATPL(A) license.
  • Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
  • Current or previously held Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (IR).
  • Completed Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) course.
  • Completed Advanced Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (AUPRT) course.
  • Possession of, or the ability to obtain and maintain, UK MOD Security Clearance (subject to nationality restrictions).
  • Jet experience is highly desirable.
