Flexjet is seeking an experienced Pilot / First Officer to operate its assigned private jet aircraft on domestic and international routes across Europe and the UK. This pivotal role ensures the safe and efficient transport of Flexjet owners and passengers, working as part of a dedicated flight crew.
About the Role
The Pilot will be functionally responsible to the Captain, supporting the safe and efficient conduct of all flight duties. Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining high standards of discipline, conduct, and professional appearance as a representative of Flexjet.

Assisting the Captain in developing and maintaining crew expertise and morale.

Executing flight duties in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and aircraft-specific limitations.

Proactively providing advice, information, and assistance to the Captain for safe and efficient operations.

Promptly reporting all known or suspected violations or incidents to the Fleet Manager.

Ensuring a current medical certificate is held and notifying the Fleet Manager of any medical conditions that may impair flight performance.

Assisting with flight administration, passenger greetings, luggage storage, and briefings as required.

Upholding a high degree of crew coordination and performing duties in a professional and cordial manner.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager for duty assignments and training.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Valid EASA ATPL (UK CAA ATPL & Medical desirable but not mandatory).

Total Time: 2,500 hours.
-
Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS) time: 500 hours.
-
Multi Pilot Instrument Time: 250 hours.
-
ME-IR (A) rating on EASA License.
-
MCC Course certificate or Multi-Pilot (MP) Rating on EASA License.
-
Advanced UPRT qualification or completion of training and checking within the preceding three years per ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 of Annex III (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) NO 965-2012.

Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Hold a valid EU-Passport.

English Language Proficiency (ELP), minimum level 5.

Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and Corporate Aviation operations is desirable.

Possess the legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK, with the ability to travel extensively to all Flexjet service locations.

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and undertake overnight trips.

Employment is conditional upon successful completion of Initial Training, including a Type Rating on the assigned Flexjet aircraft fleet.
