Position Summary
Flexjet is seeking a dedicated Pilot to join our flight operations team. This role involves piloting assigned aircraft for both domestic and international flights, ensuring the safety and comfort of our owners and passengers throughout their scheduled rotations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Operate under the functional direction of the Captain throughout all flight duties.

Uphold high personal standards of discipline, conduct, and professional appearance as a company representative.

Assist the Captain in maintaining professional expertise, crew morale, and adherence to company standards.

Execute flight duties in strict accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures, including aircraft-specific limitations and performance parameters.

Provide proactive advice and assistance to the Captain to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.

Report all known or suspected violations or incidents promptly to the Fleet Manager.

Maintain a current medical certificate and notify the Fleet Manager of any medical condition that may impair flight performance.

Support the Captain with administrative flight-related duties.

Ensure effective crew coordination, maintaining a professional and efficient demeanor.

Report to the Fleet Manager regarding duty assignments and training requirements.

Facilitate passenger services, including greetings, seating, luggage storage, and required safety briefings.

Perform additional business-related duties as required.
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Valid EASA ATPL (UK CAA ATPL and Medical desirable).

2,500 hours total flight time.
-
500 hours Pilot in Command Under Supervision (PICUS) time.

250 hours Multi-Pilot Instrument time.
-
ME-IR (A) on EASA license.
-
MCC course certificate or Multi-Pilot rating on EASA license.

Advanced UPRT qualification or completion of training/checking per ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) No 965-2012 within the last three years.

Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.

Valid EU passport.

English Language Proficiency (ELP), minimum level 5.

Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and corporate operations is desirable.

Must possess the legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK with the ability to travel to all international destinations served by Flexjet.

Flexibility to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips.

Employment is conditional upon successful completion of initial training, including an aircraft Type Rating.

Working Conditions
The work environment involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme temperatures, high altitudes, outside weather conditions, vibrations, and aviation-related chemicals. The work environment noise level is typically loud. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Physical Requirements
In addition to maintaining a Class 1 Medical certificate, Pilots must be able to perform operational tasks including loading and unloading luggage, conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, performing snow and ice removal, installing/removing engine covers, and cleaning the aircraft. The role requires the ability to occasionally lift and move up to 23 kg.
