Position Summary

The Aircraft Mechanic Instructor is responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction in assigned courses, ensuring that students grasp both theoretical concepts and practical applications in aircraft maintenance. In addition to teaching, the instructor manages essential administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, assessing student performance, and collaborating with faculty to enhance the curriculum. This pivotal role involves fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes student success and prepares individuals for careers in the aviation industry. The position ensures that the aircraft maintenance training program effectively prepares students, aligning with industry standards and contributing to the overall success of the institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $62,000 per year plus a $2500 Sign-on Bonus, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition to a competitive base salary, AIM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
