Prospective pilots must meet stringent minimum flight hour requirements to ensure operational readiness and experience. These include a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours and 150 hours of multi-engine time. Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or successful completion of the ATP written examination is mandatory.
