Job Title: Professional Pilot

Purpose of Position
The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience, maintaining a safety record second to none. Serving as the face of NetJets, the Pilot provides technically accurate, safe transportation while delivering an exceptional, concierge-level service experience for every passenger. The Pilot acts as the final authority on the aircraft, maintaining a professional demeanor while balancing duties ranging from technical aviation to in-flight service.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Ensure safe aircraft operation during taxi, take-off, and landing in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets manuals (FOM/AOM), and SOPs.

Greet passengers, conduct pre-flight introductions, provide trip briefings, communicate weather updates, and manage itinerary changes.

Deliver comprehensive in-flight service, including catering and alcohol service.

Load and properly stow passenger baggage.

Facilitate flights for passengers with pets and passengers who smoke.

Act as the final authority on the aircraft regarding safety, regulatory compliance, and operations.

Serve as the primary liaison for passengers from arrival at the FBO until arrival at the final destination.

Communicate and document maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
Education and Certifications

Education: High School Diploma.

Certifications: Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) and a current First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Valid U.S. Passport and State Driver’s License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) requirements (IAW 61.160), including multi-engine rating, 50 hours of multi-engine time, 200 hours cross-country, 250 hours fixed-wing PIC, 100 hours night flight (or 75 with required landings), and 75 hours of instrument time.

Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.

Ability to pass TSA background screenings and secure airport/Customs security badges.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset and professional grooming.

Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.

Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts up to 14 hours.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706.
