Position Purpose
The Pilot is responsible for providing a superior air transportation experience, ensuring a safety record second to none on every flight. As the face of NetJets, the Pilot provides technically accurate, safe transportation while delivering an exceptional concierge-level service experience. The Pilot acts as the final authority on the aircraft at all times and must maintain a professional demeanor while balancing responsibilities ranging from professional aviator to in-flight service provider.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Operate the aircraft safely during taxi, take-off, and landing in accordance with FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manuals, and Standard Operating Practices.

Greet passengers, provide pre-flight introductions and briefings, verify itineraries, and communicate weather and safety updates.

Deliver in-flight services, including the handling of alcohol and the service of catering.

Load and properly stow passenger baggage as required.
-
Conduct flights for passengers with pets and those who smoke.

Serve as the liaison for passengers from the initial FBO arrival through the final departure.

Communicate and document maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies via the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
-
Education: High School Diploma.

FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam (must be completed prior to Indoctrination Training).

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
-
Valid United States Passport and State Driver's License.
-
Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel internationally without restriction.
-
Ability to pass all required TSA background screenings and secure airport/US Customs security badges.
Flight Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) requirements (IAW 61.160) including:

Minimum age of 21.

1,500 hours total flight time (or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP; or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification/university R-ATP).

200 hours cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
-
250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC).
-
100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings).
-
75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
-
50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.

Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706
