Due to exciting and sustained growth, Air Arabia is delighted to announce a comprehensive pilot recruitment and assessment event in South America. The Air Arabia Pilot Recruitment Team actively seeks highly skilled and ambitious pilots interested in joining its expanding A320 fleet as either a Captain or First Officer. This initiative reflects Air Arabia's commitment to global talent acquisition and operational excellence.
Important Note: Interested candidates must be based in South America and available to attend the in-person assessment event in Bogota, Colombia, between 15th – 19th September 2025. In the first half of 2025, Air Arabia strategically augmented its modern fleet with two new aircraft, elevating its total count to 83 owned and leased Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft. Further robust expansion is anticipated, with an additional 120 new aircraft on order slated for delivery commencing by the end of 2025. Concurrently, Air Arabia has significantly broadened its operational footprint, launching 13 new routes across its strategically located hubs in the UAE, Morocco, Egypt, and Pakistan.
Demonstrating its visionary leadership in the aviation sector, Air Arabia is also a proud consortium member, alongside Nesma Group and KUN Holding. This consortium successfully secured the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s (GACA) competition to establish and operate a new national low-cost airline. Based at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, this new airline is poised to commence operations in early 2026, significantly enhancing domestic and international air connectivity for the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Air Arabia offers a highly competitive annual remuneration package, meticulously designed to attract and retain top-tier aviation professionals. This comprehensive package includes a robust basic salary, flying pay, a housing allowance, and generous layover and meal allowances. Pilots have the potential to earn a competitive tax-free annual income, calculated based on 70 hours of flying per month.
