Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive subject matter expertise to customer pilots on the operation of the Boeing 737NG aircraft, as per customer requirements.
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing 737NG aircraft when mandated by customer needs.
- Assist with meticulous pre-flight planning, encompassing weather assessment, fuel calculations, weight and balance, and route analysis, as directed by the customer.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Public Use Aircraft regulations.
- Effectively coordinate with ground crew, air traffic control, and dispatch to guarantee punctual departures and arrivals.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections to confirm airworthiness.
- Uphold and enforce company safety protocols, irregular operations, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain required currency in company aircraft and strictly follow flight department policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Boeing 737NG type rating.
- An unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with a multiengine rating. (Former military pilots may hold a Commercial Pilot certificate with an instrument rating and an FAA issued B-737 type rating.)
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
- Multi-Engine Instructor Certificate (MEI).
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII).
- Minimum 2,500 hours of total pilot time (1,500 hours for former military pilots operating multiengine aircraft not limited to centerline thrust), including:
- 250 hours night flight time.
- 75 hours of actual or simulated instrument time, with at least 50 hours in actual flight.
- A minimum of 500 hours of turbojet experience, with at least 100 hours of turbojet flight time within the past 12 calendar months.
- Of the turbojet flight time, 50 hours must have been in a turbojet aircraft or a Level C or D simulator.
- 500 hours of Pilot-in-Command time in Jet Aircraft acquired within the preceding three (3) years.
- 300 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience on the B-737NG.
- 350 hours of turbine engine instructor or check pilot time.
- A minimum of a Second-Class Medical Certificate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Previous Instructor Pilot experience within the U.S. Military.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The successful candidate will perform essential job functions in a dynamic aviation environment. This includes:
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, with primary duties Monday through Friday, including 2-3 days of flying up to 8-hour missions. Weekend work and overnight flights may be required for CONUS operations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including flight bags and operational equipment.
- Sufficient strength and dexterity to operate aircraft controls, doors, and emergency systems.
- Good vision (correctable to 20/20) and hearing, meeting FAA standards.
- Capacity to sit for extended periods while supporting flight operations.
- Work primarily onboard aircraft, with time spent in airport terminals and operational facilities.
- Exposure to varying ambient conditions during pre-flight, flight, and post-flight activities.
