737 Simulator / Ground School Instructor
CAE is seeking a dedicated and professional 737 Simulator / Ground School Instructor to join the Training Department in Phoenix, Arizona. This full-time position is responsible for delivering comprehensive flight training within an inclusive and customer-focused learning environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Deliver initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent flight training in compliance with FAA, Transport Canada, and company policies.

Conduct flight training in strict accordance with the CAE 14 CFR Part 142 Training Center Manual.

Ensure the accurate completion and documentation of all training, evaluations, and proficiency checks.

Maintain instructor proficiency and qualifications as mandated by 14 CFR Part 142.

Integrate and promote Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles throughout all training modules.

Provide administrative support for flight training programs as required.

Perform daily pre-training readiness checks.

Execute additional duties as assigned by the Training Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.

Minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating (no limitations other than circling approach; no SOE limitations).

Minimum of two (2) years of FAR Part 121 experience.

Proficiency in basic computing, including Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.

Willingness to participate in the CAE DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.

Proven commitment to safety, professional quality, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a simulator instructor.

Demonstrated experience delivering ground school or structured pilot training.
