Summary:
The First Officer (Second In Command – SIC) reports administratively to the Chief Pilot and operationally to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. The SIC will actively assist the PIC in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Safe and efficient execution of domestic Part 135 flight operations, maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Strict adherence to all company procedures and manuals.
- Maintenance of a current first-class medical certificate, promptly notifying the company of any medical condition that may impair flight duties.
- Demonstration of superior professionalism, crew coordination, and leadership.
- Passenger interaction including greeting, seating assistance, luggage handling, briefings, and addressing passenger needs.
- Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
- Working knowledge of all FARs applicable to Part 135 operations.
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills (word processing, email, web-based applications).
- Exceptional attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- ATP Certificate.
- FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum 2,000 hours total fixed-wing time.
- Minimum 250 hours multi-engine time.
- Valid Passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization.
- Appropriate Type Rating.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States (with two forms of Federal Identification).
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- ATP Certificate
- At least 2500 hours of Total Time (Fixed Wing)
- At least 500 hours of multi-engine time
- Type rating in a Challenger or Regional Jet
