Challenger 350 First Officer - flyExclusive
flyExclusive is seeking a highly motivated and skilled First Officer to join its dynamic team. This full-time position is based remotely in Kinston, NC, and offers the opportunity to operate state-of-the-art Challenger 350 aircraft. The First Officer will assist the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Summary and Objective:
The First Officer reports administratively to the Chief Pilot and operationally to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. The role involves assisting the PIC in the preparation and execution of flights, ensuring safety and efficiency in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Essential Functions:
- Ensures safe and efficient flight operations for domestic assignments under Part 135 regulations while upholding a high standard of customer service.
- Adheres to all duties and responsibilities outlined in company procedures manuals.
- Maintains a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate and promptly reports any medical condition that may impair flight duties.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism and demonstrates the ability to coordinate and lead the crew.
- Greets passengers, assists with seating, and manages luggage storage.
- Conducts passenger briefings and addresses passenger requests and needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to loud noises, including airplane machinery and jet engines.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email, and web-based/mobile device applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to company standards.
- ATP certification completion.
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing).
- Minimum of 250 hours of Multi-Engine Time.
- Valid Passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.
- Appropriate Type Rating.
- This position is classified as a Safety-Sensitive role under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA guidelines.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check prior to employment, including verification of employment history, education, criminal record, and other relevant information.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- ATP Complete.
- At least 2500 hours of Total Time (Fixed Wing).
- At least 500 hours of multi-engine time.
- Type rated in a Challenger or Regional Jet.
