What to Expect as a NetJets Pilot
NetJets is committed to providing Pilots with an exceptional career experience supported by comprehensive benefits and operational advantages:
- Extensive Crew Bases: Pilots benefit from the freedom to reside in proximity to over 200 bases located across the U.S. Base selections are not determined by seniority, allowing Crewmembers, regardless of tenure, to choose their preferred home location, potentially eliminating the need to relocate.
- Flexible Schedules: Pilots can select from a variety of schedules every few months, including preferred 7 days on / 7 days off patterns, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Paid Commute: Unlike many operators, NetJets incorporates paid commute time into the schedule, ensuring it does not encroach upon valuable personal time at home.
- Innovative Training: NetJets stands as the only private aviation company that exceeds Federal Aviation Administration requirements through its Advanced Qualification Program (AQP), providing ongoing, personalized pilot training.
- Diverse Destinations: NetJets Pilots experience unparalleled operational diversity, flying to over 5,000 airports across more than 200 countries and territories. This contrasts significantly with traditional airlines, which typically operate to fewer than 500 airports.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Employees receive free coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits through a vast nationwide network of providers. The package also includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, Life and AD&D benefits, paid time off, company-provided uniforms with generous annual replacement credits, a generous meal allowance, and coverage for travel and hotel expenses.
