NetJets Pilot
NetJets seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Pilot to provide exceptional air transportation services. This individual will be a representative of NetJets, ensuring not only safe and technically accurate flight operations but also delivering a superior, concierge-level experience to every NetJets Owner and passenger. The Pilot will operate state-of-the-art aircraft, flying to a vast network of destinations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Provide pre-flight greetings and briefings to Owners/passengers, including introductions, flight specifics, itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety information.
- Deliver in-flight services, including the responsible handling of alcohol and catering.
- Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.
- Manage flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Serve as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
- Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from FBO arrival to final destination departure.
- Communicate any maintenance issues or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Flight time requirements based on ATP/R-ATP pathway (see below)
- 1,500 hours total flight time
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
- 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
- 100 hours of night flying or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time)
- ATP written exam completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with no international travel restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day/night, weekdays/weekends/holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing situations.
- Ability to manage rest periods for flight readiness.
- Ability to work for up to fourteen hours per day for up to eight days while experiencing multiple time zones and weather variations.
- Ability to be away from home for extended periods, staying in hotels.
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
- Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Service-oriented with a professional appearance and the ability to positively interact with passengers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with keen attention to detail, both technically and in passenger service.
- Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work around animals, including handling them before, during, and after Owner flights.
- Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
