NetJets seeks experienced Pilots to provide exceptional service and ensure safe flight operations for NetJets Owners and passengers. As a NetJets Pilot, you will operate the newest aircraft with advanced avionics, flying influential individuals to destinations worldwide. Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, NetJets FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
  • Greet and brief Owners/passengers pre-flight, verify itineraries, provide weather updates, and communicate any itinerary changes.
  • Deliver in-flight services, including the handling of alcohol and catering.
  • Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
  • Accommodate flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
  • Serve as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidance.
  • Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO to safe departure from the final FBO.
  • Communicate and document any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
  • Complete all required paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Certifications and Licenses

  • Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP).
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.

Experience

  • 1,500 hours total flight time, or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
  • 200 hours of cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
  • 250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
  • 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
  • 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).
  • 50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
  • ATP written exam completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)

  • FAA ATP, Restricted ATP (R-ATP), or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with a multi-engine rating.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Extreme flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Capability to manage rest to be prepared for flight duty at all times.
  • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges.
  • Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
  • Valid State driver's license.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and the ability to make a positive impression.
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with passengers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with close attention to detail, both technically and from a passenger-service perspective.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Ability to work around animals, including handling and care.
  • Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
