The Opportunity
As a First Officer with SkyWest Charter, the successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant conduct of all flight operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe, efficient, and professional conduct of all assigned flights.
- Collaborates with the PIC and passenger service personnel as necessary to ensure seamless and prompt aircraft departures.
- Provides support to or relieves the PIC in the manipulation of aircraft flight controls during all phases of flight, including taxiing, takeoff, and landing.
- Delivers exceptional customer service to passengers while consistently upholding the highest standards of aviation safety and operational integrity.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this critical pilot position, prospective candidates must fulfill the following stringent criteria:
- Must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Possesses an Airman Certificate that includes an English Proficient endorsement.
- Holds a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess valid and demonstrable proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
- Holds a valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
- Possesses a current passport or other recognized travel documents enabling unhindered exit and re-entry into the U.S. (with multiple re-entry status) and maintains legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (proper working documents are required).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a demonstrably satisfactory driving record.
- Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation, unimpeachable integrity, a consistently positive attitude, and polished, professional interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work on any day of the week, seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational demands and flight schedules require.
