Compensation and Benefits

First-year hourly rate: $105.08.

Third-year Captain rate: $170.32 per hour.

New York City Residents: Minimum pay of $105.08 per credit hour, with increases per the CBA up to a maximum of $120.87 per credit hour.

Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, manuals, FAA regulations, and technical operational data.

Ensure currency regarding medical, training, and flight hour requirements.

Exercise superior judgment to conduct safe and efficient aircraft operations.

Uphold professional conduct, decorum, and appearance standards.

Monitor crew legality and communicate status updates to the Chief Pilot’s office.

Maintain communication with maintenance and dispatch personnel.

Submit required crew communication and incident reports.

Attend company training events to maintain currency.

Prioritize passenger safety, comfort, and communication.

Adhere to uniform and flight kit standards as defined in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM).

Report any flight safety information to the Chief Pilot’s office.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and cognitive skills.
Job Qualifications

Current FAA First Class Medical certificate.

Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radio License.

Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or eligibility for ATP/Restricted ATP (R-ATP).

Minimum 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 4-year Aviation degree preferred.

Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Valid passport with authorization to travel to all countries served by Endeavor Air.

Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including FAA/DOT, criminal background checks, drug testing, MVR, and PRIA records checks.
