NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Pilot (First Officer) to join their team in the South Central Region, covering multiple locations across the United States. About the Role

The Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring a premium travel experience for NetJets Owners and passengers. This multifaceted role involves not only professional aviation duties but also in-flight service provision, acting as a direct liaison between passengers and the company, and maintaining a consistently professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
• Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
• Valid passport
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and unrestricted international travel
• Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Extreme flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid changes
• Ability to manage rest for flight duty readiness
• Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges
• Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening
• Valid State driver's license
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance
• Demonstrated ability to make a positive impression and interact effectively with passengers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with close attention to detail
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to work around animals, including handling and care
• Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke

FAA ATP/R-ATP Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 1,500 hours total flight time experience, or
• 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or
• 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or
• 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
• 200 hours cross-country flight time (>50 nm)
• 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot in Command (PIC)
• 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings
• 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time)
• ATP written completed prior to the start of Indoctrination Training
• 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time
