Cabin Crew Recruitment Events
An exciting opportunity awaits positive, energetic, and motivated candidates to join an award-winning team as a Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew member. This role offers a unique work environment, the chance to travel, and the opportunity to meet new people.
The airline is continuously recruiting and invites interested individuals to register for upcoming recruitment events. Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only. A selected group of candidates, based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values, will receive invitations one week prior to the event. Unsuccessful candidates will be notified of future recruitment events.
Recruitment Day Information:
Applicants should be aware of the following:
- Compliance with all listed requirements will be verified during the recruitment event.
- Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- Required documents: Passport (British Passport holders accepted). All other passport holders require Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- An updated English CV with an identification photo.
- Dress code: Business Attire.
- Attendance at any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the base applied for.
Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will:
- Prioritize safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and provide assistance during the flight.
- Embody the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contribute to a team of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Receive a contract and salary from the first day of training.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Must be able to swim.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute according to work schedule.
- Must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings while wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Please note that candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
