Recruitment Days
The airline is hosting recruitment days and invites interested candidates to register for the event. Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only, extended to a selected group based on qualifications and alignment with company values. Invitations will be sent one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates must adhere to the listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the event. Punctuality is essential, and the recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon.
Candidates should bring the following:
- Passport (British Passport holders require only their passport). All other passport holders must bring their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- Updated English CV with ID photo.
- Business Attire
Attendance at any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the base applied for.
Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers and assist them throughout their flight.
- Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Be an integral part of a growing team of aviation professionals.
Contract and compensation commence from the first day of training.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and ability to commute as per work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Enthusiastic and personable demeanor with a passion for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription should be within +4 to -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
