The airline is continually recruiting, and interested candidates are invited to register for an exclusive, invitation-only recruitment event. Due to facility capacity, invitations will be extended to a select group of qualified candidates who align with the company's values. Invitations will be sent out one week prior to the event, while those not selected will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates should review the following requirements carefully, as compliance will be checked during the event:
- Arrive punctually, prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- Bring a passport and any required Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders only need a passport).
- Provide an updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Adhere to a business attire dress code.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of their desired base.
Working as a Flight Attendant, you will:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight.
- Adhere to the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become part of a community of over 7,000 aviation professionals.
- Receive a contract and payment from the first day of training.
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of your chosen base.
- Not have any visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa.
- Be advised that candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
