Job Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Minimum of high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Ability to swim.
• Right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Reside within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base or be prepared to relocate.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing a uniform.
• Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
• Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
• Note: Prescriptions for glasses or contact lenses above +4 or below -4 may prevent passing the mandatory medical examination.

Date and Time: 3rd of March 2026, 08:30 AM

Location: LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.

Candidates are advised to read all requirements as compliance will be checked during the event. Arrive on time, as the process may extend to the late afternoon. Participants are required to bring their passport and relevant UK residency status documentation (Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code). For British passport holders, the passport is sufficient. An updated English CV with an ID photo is also required.

Dress Code: Smart business attire is expected, including professional hair, makeup, and accessories. Suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer are recommended. Jeans, short skirts, or an untidy appearance should be avoided.

Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
