Recruitment Event Details:
Candidates are invited to attend an exclusive recruitment day as part of the selection process.
- Date and Time: 8th of August 2025, commencing promptly at 09:00 AM.
- Location: LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
Please note: This is an invitation-only recruitment event due to limited capacity. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation's requirements. Selected candidates will receive invitations approximately one week prior to the event. Information regarding future recruitment opportunities will be provided to non-selected candidates. Registration for the event is required.
Important Information for the Recruitment Day:
Applicants must ensure they meet the specified requirements as compliance will be verified during the event. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for the process to continue until late afternoon. Required documents include a valid passport, plus a Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status Share Code for non-British passport holders (a British passport is sufficient for UK citizens). An updated English CV featuring an ID photo is also necessary. The dress code is Business Attire. Candidates may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of the base they are applying for.
Role as Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant:
The successful candidate will play a vital role focusing on both safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include performing onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, and welcoming passengers with a positive attitude while assisting them throughout the flight. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a large, passionate community of aviation professionals and provides employment and remuneration from the first day of training.
Key Requirements:
Prospective candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no travel limitations.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside within or be willing to relocate to within a 90-minute commuting distance of their chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
