Recruitment Day Essentials:
Applicants are advised to review the requirements thoroughly, as compliance will be verified during the event. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.

The Role of a Flight Attendant:
As a Flight Attendant, the individual will play a crucial role focused equally on safety protocols and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include:

Candidate Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum educational attainment equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE.
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, without limitations.
- Ability to swim confidently.
- Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport or relevant Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Residency within a 90-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, or willingness to relocate accordingly based on the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and personable approach, enjoying interaction with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates using glasses or contact lenses with prescriptions outside the range of -4 to +4 may find it challenging to pass the mandatory medical examination.
