Recruitment Event Details

The company is constantly recruiting and invites interested candidates to register for an upcoming recruitment event. Due to facility capacity, this particular event is invitation-only, extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations will be sent out approximately one week prior to the event. Candidates not selected for this event will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.

Candidates attending the recruitment day should ensure they meet the requirements listed below, as compliance will be checked. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.

Valid Passport (British Passport holders require only their passport)
Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable for non-British Passport holders requiring proof of right to work in the UK)
Updated English CV with an ID photo

Candidate Requirements

Must be aged 18 or over.
Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Minimum educational attainment of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
Ability to swim.
Possession of the right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
Currently live, or be prepared to relocate, within 90 minutes of the chosen base and capable of commuting according to the work schedule.
No visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
An enthusiastic personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
