An award-winning airline is continuously searching for positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant positions to join its team. The role offers a unique place of work while being on the go and meeting new people.
The airline is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day. Interested candidates are invited to register for the event. Please note that this is an invitation-only recruitment event due to limited capacity, extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with the organisation's values. Invitations will be sent out one week prior to the event to selected candidates. Non-selected candidates will receive further information regarding future recruitment events.
Recruitment Day Details
Date and Time: 13th of June 2025, 09:00 AM sharp
Location: LLA Excelence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabount, LU2 9NU
Candidates attending the recruitment day should:
- Read the requirements listed below as compliance will be checked during the event.
- Arrive sharply on time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.
- Bring a valid passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only need to bring their passport).
- Bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Adhere to a Business Attire dress code.
Candidates may join any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Working as Cabin Crew, the employee will:
- Focus on both safety and customer care aspects of the role.
- Perform on board and ground duties in compliance with the Company’s policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them during the flight.
- Act in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
- Become part of a team of more than 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Be contracted and paid from day one of the training period.
Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must hold a minimum of a high school degree / GCSE result or equivalent.
- Must be fluent (written and spoken) in English.
- Must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Must be able to swim.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport / Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status).
- Must live or be ready to move within 90 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- Must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa as well (if applicable).
- Please note that if a candidate wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
