Recruitment Event Information
The airline is actively recruiting and invites prospective candidates to register for upcoming recruitment events. Due to venue capacity, these are invitation-only events extended to candidates whose qualifications align with organizational values. Invitations for selected candidates are typically sent one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future opportunities.

Attendees should plan for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. Required documents for the event include a passport, Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders only require their passport), and an updated English CV with an ID photo. Business attire is required. Candidates are welcome to attend recruitment events regardless of their preferred base location. Compliance with listed requirements will be checked during the event.
Responsibilities
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a dual focus on safety and customer care. Key duties include:
- Prioritizing both passenger safety and excellent customer service.
- Performing all on board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Consistently acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base and commit to this journey based on the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working closely with people.
- Successful candidates may also need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may impact passing the mandatory medical examination.
