About the Role:

Responsibilities include performing essential onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, and ensuring all passengers are welcomed warmly and assisted throughout their flight. Successful candidates will be contracted and compensated from the commencement of training.
Recruitment Event Details:
Prospective candidates are invited to register their interest for upcoming recruitment events. Due to capacity limitations, the recruitment event on 13 June 2025 in London Luton is by invitation only. Invitations will be extended to a select group of candidates whose qualifications align with organizational values. Selected candidates will receive invitations approximately one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will be provided information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Event Information for Invited Candidates:
- Date and Time: 13th of June 2025, 09:00 AM sharp. Please arrive on time and be prepared for the process to potentially conclude in the late afternoon.
- Location: LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
- Requirements Check: Compliance with the listed requirements below will be verified during the event.
- Documents to Bring: Passport, updated English CV with an ID photo. Candidates requiring proof of residency status must bring their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code. (British Passport holders only need their passport).
- Dress Code: Business Attire is required.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event, irrespective of the base they are applying for.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Capable of achieving an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Must be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (via British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base and be prepared to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and enjoy interacting with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
