easyJet | Flight Attendant

easyJet is seeking to recruit Cabin Crew for its London Gatwick base. This role involves ensuring passenger safety and providing excellent customer service on short-haul flights. The position is a fixed-term contract with potential training opportunities commencing from March onwards.

About the Role

The Cabin Crew member will be responsible for welcoming customers, maintaining the highest safety standards, and delivering friendly and confident service throughout flights. This role requires working collaboratively within a diverse team, clear communication, composure under pressure, and making safe, informed decisions. Key duties include customer care, problem-solving, and upselling onboard products. Successful candidates will embody easyJet’s Promise Behaviours, focusing on safety, respect, initiative, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• A minimum age of 18 years.
• Minimum height of 158 cm (5'2") and maximum height of 190 cm (6'3") without shoes.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or people-focused experience.
• The right to work in the UK and a valid passport allowing unrestricted travel across the UK and EEA.
• Ability to reside within 90 minutes of London Gatwick Airport or willingness to relocate.
• No visible tattoos on the head and face; all tattoos must be inoffensive.
• Comfortable selling onboard products, including alcohol.
• Ability to swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb in and out of a life raft.
• Must pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
• Swimming ability is required.
