About the Role
As Cabin Crew for TUI Airline, the primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service with a focus on sales-through-service, ensuring passenger satisfaction is paramount. A key aspect of this role is the rigorous adherence to all safety, first-aid, and onboard service procedures, maintaining a high level of discipline. Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years on the first day of the new entrant course.
- Minimum arm reach of 1.89 metres (6 feet 2 inches) with bare feet flat on the floor.
- Ability to perform all regulatory duties, including safely fastening an aircraft over-shoulder jump-seat harness.
- Demonstrated swimming ability of at least 25 metres.
- Willingness to undertake psychoactive testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment.
- English language proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3, encompassing understanding, speaking, and writing.
- Availability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme.
- Ability to report to the home base in uniform within 90 minutes.
- A valid UK or Irish passport with at least six months' validity.
- Possession of any necessary visas for travel.
- Successful completion of background security checks.
- Proof of required vaccinations.
- Exceptional customer-service skills.
- Motivation to successfully complete Safety, First Aid, and Service training.
