TUI Airways is seeking enthusiastic Cabin Crew members for a fixed-term Summer 2027 position based at Gatwick, United Kingdom. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to stringent safety protocols within a dynamic airline environment.
About the Role
As Cabin Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all passengers. This includes providing excellent customer service with a sales-through-service approach, diligently following all safety, first aid, and service procedures, and maintaining a positive and adaptable attitude. The role requires confident communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and flexibility to manage varied operational demands, including roster adjustments and onboard situations.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Minimum arm reach of 189 cm (6 ft 2 in).
- Ability to swim at least 25 meters.
- Proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3 (understanding, speaking, and writing).
- Ability to sit in and fully fasten an aircraft over-shoulder jump-seat harness.
- Willingness to undergo psychoactive testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment.
- Ability to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme.
- Ability to report to the home base within 90 minutes of being in uniform.
- Hold a valid UK or Irish passport with at least six months' validity.
- Possession of any necessary visas for international travel.
- Successful completion of background security checks.
- Provision of proof of required vaccinations.
