Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Possession of a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Holding a valid passport without limitations, with at least 6 months validity remaining.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
  • Current residency or willingness to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, prepared to undertake this journey according to work schedules.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and enjoyment for working with people.
  • Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 may impact the ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Event Information:

The airline is continuously recruiting for Cabin Crew positions. Interested candidates are invited to register their interest for recruitment events.

A specific recruitment day is scheduled for **Wednesday, 23rd July 2025**, commencing sharply at **09:00 AM** at the **LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU**.

Please note that due to facility capacity, this is an **invitation-only** event. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation. Invitations will be dispatched one week prior to the event date. Candidates not selected for this specific event will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.

Preparation for the Recruitment Day:

Candidates attending the recruitment event should:
