Recruitment Event:
The airline is continuously recruiting and invites interested candidates to register for their upcoming recruitment event. Please note that this is an invitation-only event due to facility capacity. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organisational values, typically one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Information:
- Date and Time: 19th of May 2025, 09:00 AM sharp.
- Location: LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
Candidates should arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- Required Documents: Valid passport (British passport holders require only their passport), plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code for non-British passport holders. An updated CV in English with an ID photo is also required.
- Dress Code: Business Attire.
Candidates are permitted to attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as Cabin Crew, individuals are expected to:
- Prioritise both safety protocols and customer care standards.
- Execute onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Effectively manage in-flight sales and cash transactions.
- Greet passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout the flight.
- Uphold company values including dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Integrate into a large, passionate community of aviation professionals.
- Receive employment contracts and remuneration from the commencement of training.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, making this journey feasible according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
