Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton - 24 June 2025
Wizz Air is seeking enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join its award-winning team as Cabin Crew. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, meet new people, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger safety.
A Recruitment Day will be held on June 24, 2025, at 09:00 AM sharp at LLA Excelence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only. Selected candidates will receive an invitation one week prior to the event, based on their qualifications and alignment with Wizz Air's organizational values. Non-selected candidates will be informed of future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Day Essentials:
- Adherence to the requirements outlined below will be verified during the event.
- Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- Required documents: Passport (British Passport holders) or Passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- An updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Business attire is required.
- Attendance is welcome regardless of the base for which the candidate is applying.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:
- Prioritize both safety and customer care.
- Execute onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Greet passengers with a positive attitude and assist them throughout their flight.

- Receive a contract and compensation from the first day of training.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Ability to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and ability to commute on the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Vision correction (glasses or contact lenses) must be within +4 to -4 prescription limits to pass the mandatory medical examination.
