Wizz Air is hosting a Recruitment Day in London Luton on May 8, 2025, at 09:00 AM sharp. The location is LLA Excelence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU. Due to limited capacity, this is an invitation-only event. Selected candidates will receive invitations one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will be notified of future recruitment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on both safety and customer care aspects.
- Perform on board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them throughout the flight.
- Adhere to the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become part of a family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Contracted and paid from day one of training.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Must be able to swim.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Must live or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and commute according to the work schedule.
- Must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Must be an enthusiastic and personable individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Day Information:
- Compliance with the requirements listed above will be checked during the event.
- Arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon.
- Bring a passport and Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders only need their passport).
- Bring an updated English CV with an ID photo.
- Dress code: Business attire.
- Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
