Recruitment Day - Important Information:
Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the recruitment event.
- Arrive on time, prepared for a process potentially lasting until late afternoon.
- Bring a passport and Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders only need their passport).
- Bring an updated English CV with ID photo.
- Dress code: Business attire.
Candidates may join any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
- Prioritize both passenger safety and customer care.
- Adhere to company policies while performing onboard and ground duties.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
- Embody values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become part of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
- Contracted and paid from day one of training.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Able to swim.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Live or be ready to move within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- If glasses or contact lenses are worn, the prescription should not exceed +4 or -4.
