Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew member delivers exceptional passenger experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes maintaining a safe and secure environment, providing information and assistance to passengers, and handling in-flight sales.
Requirements:
- No prior flying experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Eagerness to learn and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are essential. Three months of previous experience in a customer or people-facing role is preferred.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
- Must possess the right to work and live in the UK, a valid passport, and unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA, and easyJet Network. (Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship is not applicable).
- Tattoos are permitted, with the exception of visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. Offensive or inappropriate tattoos must be covered discreetly.
- Must be able to sell, handle, and dispose of alcohol and alcoholic products.
- Must reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of the chosen base.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Height requirement: 5'2" (157.5 cm) to 6'3" (190cm) without shoes.
- Must be able to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical assessment.
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a survival raft from the water.
- Must maintain the ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat with a shoulder harness and lap belt.
