Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton

Wizz Air is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join its award-winning team as Cabin Crew. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, meet new people, and travel while ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer service.

A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day will be held in London Luton on May 22, 2025, at 09:00 AM sharp at LLA Excelence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU. Attendance is by invitation only, extended to selected candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations will be sent one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment events.

During the Recruitment Day, compliance with the requirements will be checked. Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon. Applicants must bring their passport (British Passport holders - your passport is enough) plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable) along with an updated English CV with an ID photo. Business attire is required. Candidates may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and act in accordance with the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will become part of a family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts and will be contracted and paid from day one of training.

Requirements include being 18 years of age or older, having an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, possessing a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent, fluency in written and spoken English, a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months), the ability to swim, the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status), residing or being prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform. Candidates should be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people. Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable). Please note that if glasses or contact lenses prescription is above +4 or below -4, the applicant is unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
