Important Information Regarding the Recruitment Day:
This recruitment event is invitation-only due to capacity limitations. Invitations will be extended to a select group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the airline's standards. Candidates will be notified via invitation approximately one week before the event date. Unselected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Candidates are required to register for the event to be considered for an invitation. Attendance at any recruitment event is permissible regardless of the desired base location.
Recruitment Day Preparation:
Attendees should arrive precisely on time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Compliance with the listed requirements below will be assessed during the event.
Please bring the following documents:
- Valid Passport (British passport holders require only their passport)
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable)
- Updated CV written in English with an ID photo.
Dress Code: Business Attire is required.
Working as a Cabin Crew Member:
Cabin Crew members play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing both safety protocols and customer care standards.
- Executing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
- Being contracted and remunerated from the commencement of training.
Candidate Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Be able to swim.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of your chosen base, prepared to undertake this journey according to work schedules.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
