Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Luton

Wizz Air is hosting a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in London Luton on May 8, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who dream of a unique workplace, enjoy meeting new people, and are passionate about aviation.

The event will take place on May 8th, 2025, sharply at 9:00 AM at the LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.

Wizz Air is actively seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates to join its award-winning cabin crew team. As a Wizz Air flight attendant, the successful candidate will focus on both safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and embody the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The candidate will become part of a global family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts. Remuneration commences from day one of training.

Attendance to the Recruitment Day is by invitation only, extended to selected candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Selected candidates will receive an invitation one week prior to the event. Other candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.

Recruitment Day Essentials:

Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be verified during the event.

Candidates must bring:

• Passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders only require a passport).
• Updated English CV with ID photo.
• Business attire.

Attendance is welcome regardless of the base the candidate is applying for.

Requirements:

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Must be able to swim.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Must live or be ready to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
• Must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
• Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
• Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
• Candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
