    An exciting opportunity exists to join a dynamic aviation team as a Cabin Crew member / Flight Attendant. The role offers a unique workplace environment, constant travel, and interaction with diverse individuals.     This is an invitation-only recruitment event being held in London Luton. Interested candidates are encouraged to register their interest. Due to capacity limitations, invitations will be extended to a select group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation. Selected candidates will receive invitations approximately one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment Event Details:
    - **Date and Time:** 22nd of May 2025 at 09:00 AM sharp.
 
    - **Location:** LLA Excellence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU.
 
    - Candidates are advised to arrive promptly as the process may extend into the late afternoon.
 
    - Compliance with requirements will be checked during the event.
 
    - **Required Documents:** Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable; British Passport Holders only need their passport), updated English CV with ID photo.
 
    - **Dress Code:** Business Attire.
 
    - Candidates may attend this event regardless of the base they are applying for.
 
Role and Responsibilities:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves ensuring both passenger safety and delivering excellent customer care. Key responsibilities include:
    - Executing on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
 
    - Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash.
 
    - Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
 
    - Upholding the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
 
    - Becoming an integral part of a large community of aviation professionals.
 
    - Successful candidates will be contracted and remunerated from the first day of training.
 
Essential Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
    - Must be aged 18 or over.
 
    - Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
 
    - Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
 
    - Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
 
    - Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
 
    - Be able to swim.
 
    - Hold the right to live and work in the UK (via a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
 
    - Reside within, or be willing to relocate to within 90 minutes of their chosen base, and be prepared to commute according to their work schedule.
 
    - Not have visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
 
    - Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.
 
    - Successful candidates may also need to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
 
    - Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
