Cabin Crew Job Description

This position can serve as a springboard to roles such as Cabin Manager and other cabin services positions.

Requirements of the Role

While prior flying experience is not required, candidates should possess a strong eagerness to learn and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. A minimum of three months' experience in a customer or people-facing role is preferred.

Essential requirements include fluency in both written and verbal English, the right to work and live in the UK, a valid passport, and unrestricted access to travel throughout the UK, EEA, and the airline's network. Note: Skilled Worker VISA sponsorship is not applicable for international applicants. Tattoos are permitted, provided they are not visible on the head, face, or neck and any tattoos deemed offensive or inappropriate must be discreetly covered.

The role necessitates the ability to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic beverages, an important revenue stream that contributes to crew commission payments.

Furthermore, candidates must reside within a 90-minute commute of their assigned base.
