Wizz Air Cabin Crew Recruitment – Open Day

Wizz Air invites applications for the position of Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew. An open recruitment day will be held on December 19th, 2024, commencing promptly at 9:00 am at the Courtyard by Marriott, London Gatwick Airport, Buckingham Gate, RH6 0NT, United Kingdom. Registration for this event is mandatory.

Open Day Schedule:

The open day will include a short personal introduction, situational role-play exercises, team activities, a company presentation, and an interview. Attendees should arrive promptly at 9:00 am as the introduction will begin on time. Please allow for the event to continue until late afternoon.

Required Documents:

Candidates are requested to bring an up-to-date English CV, a color ID photograph, and a copy of their passport.

Cabin Crew Responsibilities:

The role demands exceptional customer service, creating a positive onboard atmosphere, and managing in-flight sales and cash handling. Flight attendants are responsible for ensuring aircraft and passenger safety, adhering to the highest ethical standards, and providing welcoming and helpful service throughout the flight. Successful candidates must consistently demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and a well-groomed appearance.

Candidate Requirements:

Aged 18 or older
Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in written and spoken English
Valid passport with at least six months validity remaining
Ability to swim
Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status)
Residency within 90 minutes of the chosen base, with willingness to commute according to the work schedule.
No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
Enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
