Position Summary
Walmart's Aviation team facilitates global associate transportation. This dedicated team of aviation professionals prioritizes safe, reliable, efficient, and flexible travel experiences. The First Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our aircraft, contributing to the overall success of Walmart's global operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide passengers with safe, timely, efficient, and flexible travel experiences, addressing amenity needs and providing timely updates regarding schedule changes.
- Operate aircraft in strict adherence to all applicable federal, state, local, and international regulations, as well as Walmart’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Flight Operations Manual (FOM), and aircraft manufacturer's requirements.
- Foster collaborative relationships within Walmart Aviation, including Scheduling, Standards & Training, Flight Operations Center, Safety, Maintenance, Administrative, and Ground Support teams, through open communication, effective debriefings, and continuous improvement of flight skills and knowledge.
- Provide expert advice and guidance, contributing to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans to meet customer and business needs.
- Support the implementation of business solutions through strategic stakeholder relationships, process optimization, progress monitoring, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial, Instrument, and Multi-Engine Pilot Certificate with English Proficiency endorsement.
- Valid and current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class I Medical Certificate.
- Valid passport eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits
Walmart offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $220,000 annually, supplemented by performance-based bonus awards.
