Flight Attendant Positions – Volotea

Volotea, a leading European low-cost airline connecting smaller and mid-sized cities, invites applications for Flight Attendant positions. Since its inception in 2012, Volotea has experienced rapid growth, transporting nearly 60 million passengers to over 100 destinations across 18 countries. We are a dynamic and international team committed to providing exceptional service and fostering a sustainable approach to air travel. Current operational bases include Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, Brest, and Rodez in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Athens, Greece; Hamburg, Germany; and Asturias and Bilbao, Spain. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our teams based in Nantes, Strasbourg, Bari, Olbia, Venice, and Verona.

Responsibilities:

Flight Attendants will ensure the highest standards of safety and onboard customer experience within a challenging, high-growth environment. The role demands a positive, polite, assertive, and highly sociable individual capable of thriving in a multicultural team setting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian Arabic, or Greek is highly advantageous.
• Possession of a valid European passport or work permit for the relevant country of application.
• Valid Cabin Crew attestation issued by an EU country (initial training provided).
• Ability to pass a EASA medical assessment.
• Clean criminal record.
• Ability to swim 100 meters.
• Legal right to live and work unrestrictedly within the Volotea network and the country of application.
• Residence within a 60-minute radius of the relevant airport.
• Discreetly coverable tattoos and body piercings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum height of 157cm (without shoes).

Prior aviation or customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
