Candidates must be prepared for demanding shift patterns, including early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight). A genuine aptitude for early mornings is advisable.
Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants
- Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely across the Ryanair Network.
- Minimum height requirement is approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
- Adaptability to work a varied shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
