Your Journey to Becoming Cabin Crew

Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and travel freely across the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height requirement is approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work a varied shift roster.
  • A genuine enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A strong passion for travel and meeting new people.
