Training and Development

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This program equips individuals with the fundamental skills necessary for delivering exceptional safety and customer service. The training includes rigorous study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Upon joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals are integrated into a dynamic company culture with extensive career progression opportunities. Advancement paths include roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and aspiring towards Director of Inflight positions.
