Requirements:
In addition to a strong personality, passion for flying, and curiosity, the ideal Flight Attendant candidate for Lufthansa City Airlines will possess a secondary school diploma (minimum intermediate school leaving certificate with 2 years of professional experience) or completed vocational training. Further requirements include:
- Minimum age of 18 years at the start of training
- Unrestricted valid passport
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA)
- Minimum 12 months of flight experience
- Personal mobile phone including a mobile phone contract
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum Level B2)
- Impeccable appearance and the ability to adapt their demeanor to meet the expectations of guests
- Ability to swim safely
- Good general health (positive medical fitness check for flying) and a positive security clearance. Support is provided in obtaining these.
