The candidate's primary residence should be within a maximum distance of 50 km (approximately 1 hour travel time) from the assigned operational base. Holding an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, a valid reliability check, and a valid medical are considered advantageous qualifications. Specific age requirements apply: candidates for the Cabin Crew Member position must be at least 18 years old, while those applying for the Senior Cabin Crew Member role must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Senior Flight Attendant (SCCM/PUR).

In return for their expertise and dedication, the company offers a compelling employment package. This includes comprehensive initial training, typically spanning approximately 4 weeks, for which an expense allowance is provided. Successful candidates will initially receive a 24-month contract, with a clear option for transitioning to an unlimited employment relationship. Compensation includes an attractive basic salary covering up to 65 block hours, supplemented by various allowances. Previous flight experience as a Cabin Crew Member is considered and factored into the salary classification. Generous overtime pay is provided, starting at 40.00 EUR from the 65th block hour and increasing to 55.00 EUR from the 80th block hour. An absence allowance is also granted during flight duties. Additional benefits include commission opportunities from onboard sales. The company provides the required uniform and contributes with a monthly uniform cleaning allowance.
