Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew Member will be primarily responsible for:

Candidate Profile
Prospective candidates must fulfill the following essential qualifications, experience requirements, and personal attributes:
- Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation in accordance with current EASA regulations.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Cabin Crew Member or Flight Attendant.
- A valid medical certificate of fitness to fly and a confirmed negative drug screening.
- Completion of instruction according to § 42 of the Infection Protection Act and possession of a valid background check (ZÜP).
- Minimum age of 20 years and a minimum height of 1.60 meters.
- Business fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in German and additional foreign languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to reach the Cologne/Bonn (CGN) duty station within 90 minutes for on-call responsibilities.
- Demonstrated high level of commitment, resilience under pressure, and a pronounced service orientation.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and operational locations.
- Ownership of a mobile phone and access to a personal computer with proficient IT skills.
- A passport with unlimited validity is required; non-EU citizens must also possess a valid residence permit and work permit.
- A well-groomed appearance, pleasant demeanor, and a winning personality are essential attributes.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and strong interpersonal skills.
