Cabin Crew Member - Marabu Airlines
Marabu Airlines is seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join its team as Cabin Crew Members. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a transforming leisure travel experience in Germany, utilizing a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircraft. Full training will be provided; prior flying experience or an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is not required.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure and implement all onboard safety procedures with professionalism and precision.

Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring passenger comfort and care throughout their journey.

Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail, anticipating and meeting passenger needs.

Engage passengers with inflight shopping offerings, providing product knowledge and inspiring purchases.

Serve as a primary point of contact for passengers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a seamless flight experience.

Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, adapting to dynamic settings and fostering harmony onboard.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Valid passport without limitations.

Right to live and work in Germany and the EU.

Minimum height of 158 cm.

Completed secondary education.

Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Medical fitness and the ability to swim unassisted.

Ability to obtain a health certificate according to EASA Regulations.

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

No criminal record.

Ability to reach the airport of the home base station within 60 minutes at any time.

Availability to commence training in July 2026.
