Job Description

The role of Cabin Crew is dynamic, rewarding, and primarily focused on ensuring guest safety and comfort. New recruits will undergo comprehensive, world-leading training provided completely free of charge. This intensive course is meticulously designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills required for daily operations, making prior aviation experience unnecessary. Upon successful completion of the training program, Cabin Crew members will be proudly awarded their ‘Cabin Crew Wings’, signifying their readiness to embark on an exciting and fulfilling career in the skies.

Cabin Crew members are essential to creating a positive and safe travel experience. This demanding yet fulfilling position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, active participation in both early and late shifts (commencing as early as 05:00 and concluding as late as midnight), and a proactive, customer-centric approach. A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with the public in a fast-paced, high-energy environment is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU.
  • Height between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Demonstrated ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • A high level of enthusiasm and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enjoyment for interacting with the public.
  • Exhibits a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
