The role of Cabin Crew is both engaging and rewarding; however, it is a demanding position where passenger safety is the utmost priority. The role requires flexibility to operate early and late shifts, with duties commencing as early as 5 am on the early roster and concluding as late as midnight on the afternoon roster. Individuals who are not comfortable with early mornings may wish to reconsider their application. Please note: As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.

Key Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum and maximum height requirements are approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Candidates must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and be capable of assisting others in water.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor is advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a shift roster are essential.
  • Enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive, 'can-do' attitude are crucial.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment, is mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people is highly valued.
