Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

Comprehensive Training & Career Progression
The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member begins with an intensive 6-week training course. This internationally recognised program provides all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on top-class safety and unparalleled customer service. The course structure includes regular examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the esteemed Cabin Crew Wings certification.

Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union (EU) and throughout the entire Ryanair Network.
- A height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a variable shift roster.
- A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
