As a Cabin Crew Member, the primary responsibility lies in upholding the highest safety standards and providing a top-class customer service experience to all guests. While the role is highly rewarding and engaging, it is also demanding, requiring adaptability to operate both early and late shifts. Reporting for duty can be as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters and extend until midnight for evening rosters. Comprehensive Training and Career Progression

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive, free six-week training course. This internationally recognized program equips individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary for their day-to-day role, focusing intensely on safety protocols and superior customer service. The training incorporates regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious Cabin Crew Wings certification.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for travel, a proactive approach to meeting new people, and an unwavering commitment to safety and service. Essential requirements include:

• Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union and throughout the Ryanair Network.
• A height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
• A genuine enjoyment in dealing with the public and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
• Comfortable proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
