Your Journey to Becoming a Qualified Cabin Crew Member
New recruits will undergo a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program is designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills required to deliver top-class safety and customer service experiences to our valued guests. The curriculum includes regular examinations, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights, followed by the esteemed awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
As a valued member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, individuals are immersed in a supportive culture that offers extensive career progression opportunities. Potential advancement paths include becoming a Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspiring to the leadership role of Director of Inflight.
While the role of Cabin Crew is inherently fun and immensely rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety remains the paramount priority. Candidates must be prepared to operate both early and late shifts, with duties potentially commencing as early as 5:00 AM for morning rosters or concluding as late as midnight for afternoon rosters. Adaptability to a varied shift pattern is therefore essential for this dynamic role.

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants
Prospective Cabin Crew members for the Ryanair Group should meet the following essential criteria:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the European Union (EU) and throughout the Ryanair network.
- Candidates should be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height.
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to operate a varied shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
- Possess a genuine enjoyment for dealing with the public and the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing English with fluency and ease.
- Show a strong passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
