The Role of Cabin Crew

The path to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member involves a rigorous 6-week training course. This comprehensive program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience to guests. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.

From the outset, Cabin Crew members become integral to the Ryanair Group culture, benefiting from extensive career advancement opportunities. Potential career paths include progression to Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.
