An exclusive Cabin Crew Information Day will be hosted in Nürnberg on January 20th. This unique event is designed to offer a realistic and engaging insight into the cabin crew profession, connecting with motivated individuals ready to embark on this exciting career path.

Event Schedule:
- Start: 10:30 sharp (Commencement with a comprehensive company presentation)
- Interviews: From 12:00 onwards (Recruiters will be available for individual interviews)
- End: 14:00

Walk-ins are welcome, provided candidates meet the eligibility criteria and possess the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

The Role of Cabin Crew

The path to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member involves a rigorous 6-week training course. This comprehensive program equips individuals with all fundamental skills required for delivering a top-tier safety and customer service experience to guests. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.

From the outset, Cabin Crew members become integral to the Ryanair Group culture, benefiting from extensive career advancement opportunities. Potential career paths include progression to Cabin Crew Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.

While the Cabin Crew role is profoundly rewarding and dynamic, it is also demanding, with safety as the paramount priority. Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:

Candidates must possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and be able to travel freely across the entire Ryanair Network.
Applicants should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”) in height.
The ability to swim 25 meters unaided is required.
Ideal candidates are hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly demeanor.
Adaptability to a variable shift roster is essential.
A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with a proactive "can-do" attitude are crucial.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
