Join Our Flight Attendant Team

Prospective candidates are invited to an exclusive Cabin Crew Information Day scheduled for December 15th in Munich. This event is designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging overview of the cabin crew profession. The day will commence with a company presentation, followed by interview opportunities with recruiters starting at 12:00 PM. Walk-ins are welcome, provided applicants meet eligibility criteria and possess unrestricted rights to live, work, and travel within the European Union. The event will begin promptly at 10:30 AM and conclude at 2:00 PM.

The Ryanair Group operates over 90 bases and is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its ranks for the Autumn/Winter season. The role of a cabin crew member is both rewarding and demanding, with safety being the paramount concern. Successful candidates will be required to work flexible shift patterns, including early starts (as early as 5:00 AM) and late finishes (until midnight).

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member involves a rigorous 6-week training course. This program covers fundamental safety and customer service skills essential for delivering a top-class experience to passengers. The course includes regular assessments and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings.

Career progression within the Ryanair Group is extensive, offering pathways to roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and ultimately aspiring to leadership positions like Director of Inflight.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

To be considered for this exciting aviation role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of the unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union, along with the freedom to travel across the Ryanair Network.
  • A minimum height of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum height of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a shift-based roster.
  • A genuine enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • A passion for travel and engaging with diverse individuals.
