Attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of the cabin crew role, meet the Ryanair team, and discover what it truly means to work in the dynamic world of aviation.

Location: Weeze Airport – First Floor (Follow signs for “Conference Rooms”)

Start Time: 10:30 sharp

End Time: 14:00

The Role and Your Journey

As a member of the cabin crew, individuals will be integral to delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. The journey commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course, covering all essential skills for daily duties. This intensive program includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the achievement of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude for excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
